KoStart Free Download ========================================== koStart is a small utility that can delay running the programs in the startup folder after a predefined period of time (maximum 60 seconds), in order to increase the boot time. The setup procedure requires only to select the programs that will be run, the period of time they should remain "unrunnable", and the maximum time they should remain so (60 seconds). Users can select the programs to be delayed for running, by using a filter based on the type of program, name or file extension (can be changed). All the filters can be modified using a simple interface. The programs will be delayed for running even if they are not disabled in the Startup Manager of the Windows Control Panel.
